We Build in Northwest Ohio & Southwest Michigan. We have available lots in Sylvania, Metamora, Whitehouse, Waterville, Perrysburg, Bowling Green, and Toledo surrounding areas. Do you own a lot? If so we can custom design your dream home to meet your needs and lot requirements. We are not limited to any specific area, contact us if you have an area in mind to build!

What is included in an Engery Star Home?
When ENERGY STAR’s rigorous requirements are applied to new home construction, the result is a home built better from the ground up, delivery better durability, better comfort and reduced utility and maintenance costs.
What type of insulation is used?
We use R-15 & R-21 batt’s in walls which is included in the garage & basement walls and R-50 blown in cellulose in the attic.
Will Woodland help choose Exterior & Interior Design Selections?
We provide an in-house designer that will help you choose traditional, modern farmhouse, modern rustic or a style of your choice. They will help with design selections, colors and materials that best fit your style.
How long does the build process take from start to finish?
From the start of the excavation to move in, typically 5-6 months. Full custom design homes will typically be 7-8 months.

Will I receive an “Extras” invoice at the end?
We take a proactive approach because we include the necessities in which some builders exclude. Woodland CHB will NEVER deliver an unexpected “Extras” invoice at the end of the building process. A discussion & approval between the homeowner and Jon Nissen will take place prior to any “Upgrade” in your home. Homeowners will ONLY have an upgrade charge if they choose to upgrade from our standard product. The allowances in our contracts cover the allotted cost for that product in your home, we do not give “False” allowances.
